In order to participate in this years' IWSLT evaluation campaign, you must register your MT system online. When registering your MT system, you must submit an extended abstract (1-2 pages) describing briefly the outline of your system, innovative ideas you'd like to apply, and the data tracks you intend to participate in. In order to get access to the supplied language resources, you must send two signed copies of the User License Agreement to:

    Michael Paul
National Institute of Information and Communications Technology
Knowledge Creating Communciation Research Center
MASTAR Project
Natural Language Processing
3-5 Hikaridai, "Keihanna Science City"
Kyoto 619-0289, Japan

After we have received your signed agreements, we will sign both and send one copy back to you. You will obtain the UserID/PassID required to access the data files from the download page.

The organizations which recive the data have a commitment to submit runs for the test data set, attend the evaluation campaign and give a presentation at the workshop. Failure to show up at the workshop or to submit runs for the test data set will jeopardize your site for future IWSLT evaluations.
